1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer multiple secure and convenient ways to pay for your eufy devices.

2. BUY NOW, PAY LATER (INSTALLMENTS)
We partner with leading financial services to offer flexible installment plans with minimal fuss.
ATOME (3 Interest-Free Payments)
Atome automatically splits your purchase into three (3) equal payments.
- Payment 1: Pay the first third at the time of purchase.
- Payments 2 & 3: The remaining two payments are spaced 30 days apart.
- Key Benefit: No interest or hidden charges, ever.
BILLEASE
- Checkout: Select Billease as your payment option.
- Plan: You will be redirected to the Billease page to choose a payment plan and log in or sign up.
- Confirm: Review your installment details and confirm the purchase via OTP (One-Time Password).
TENDOPAY (via Dragonpay)
- Requirement: You must have an approved loan with TendoPay before checkout.
- Minimum Order: Total basket amount must be at least ₱1,000.
Process: Choose TendoPay Installments during checkout. Log in, select your repayment schedule, and confirm.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)
Please note these are estimated business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Metro Manila: 5 to 7 Days
- Luzon (Outside MM): 7 to 10 Days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 10 to 13 Days
- For same day delivery, our partner is Lalamove, and our cut off for delivery is 1pm everyday. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day.
Important: Kindly expect delays during peak sale events, national holidays, and/or instances of inclement weather. Our partner courier will contact you via text message once your item is out for delivery.
