EUFY.PH WARRANTY POLICY 🛡️

Our warranty policy ensures that your eufy products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the duration specified below.

1. WARRANTY DURATION AND COVERAGE

1.1 Standard Warranty Period

All new eufy products purchased directly from eufy.ph or authorized physical stores carry a Twelve (12) Month Warranty from the original date of purchase.

1.2 Promotional Items

Any product obtained for free through promotions, contests, or giveaways is covered by a limited One (1) Month Warranty from the original date of receipt.

1.3 Non-Transferable Policy

The warranty is strictly non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

If your product exhibits a defect within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

2.1 Requirements for Claim Submission

To process a replacement, you must provide all of the following:

Original Receipt: Proof of purchase showing the transaction date.

Original Packaging: The product's packaging must be in good condition.

Original Manuals and Labels: All accompanying literature and product labels.

2.2 Claim Submission Location

All items for return or exchange must be physically brought to our authorized physical stores within the 12-month warranty period. Please contact our support team first to verify eligibility and the nearest store location.

3. WARRANTY REPLACEMENT TERMS

3.1 Replacement Product

Upon successful claim validation, your defective item will be exchanged with an item of the same model and same price, if available.

3.2 Model Substitution

If the exact model is unavailable:

Higher Value Item: You may opt for a replacement with a higher-value item, provided the customer shoulders the difference in price.

Lower Value Item: We do not offer a refund for the difference in price if the replacement is of lower value.

3.3 Warranty for Replacement

Any replacement product you receive will be warranted for the longer of the following two periods:

The remainder of the original 12-month warranty period, OR

Thirty (30) days from the date the replacement was issued.

4. WHAT VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY (EXCLUSIONS)

We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund if the damage is caused by any of the following factors:

4.1 Unauthorized Modification & Damage

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or intentional defacement.

Damage from external causes, including flood, fire, or other acts of nature.

Damage caused by water exposure in excess of the product's defined specifications (e.g., submerging non-waterproof items).

Any product that has been modified, altered, or repaired without the prior written permission of eufy Philippines (or Anker).

4.2 Physical & Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, stains, and dents, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

4.3 Unauthorized Purchases

Products purchased from deal sites, auction sites (like eBay or Carousell), or any other unauthorized resellers. Products must be purchased directly from eufy.ph or our official authorized partners.

4.4 Non-Warranty Issues

Claims based on change of mind or wrong item purchased after the transaction has been completed.

5. POLICY GOVERNANCE

eufy Philippines and its authorized parties reserve the right to void, change, or update this Warranty Policy without prior notice.
